Eveline Smits has worked in the Property & Administrative Law section since 2011. Eveline studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam, from which she graduated in 2010 with a specialisation in Constitutional and Administrative Law and Private Law. During her studies, she became deeply interested in legal areas occupying the intersection of between administrative law and private law. As a result, she is a specialist in environmental and spatial planning law, as well as in expropriation law.

‘I am often advising and litigating in cases involving enforcement by administrative bodies. This is where my primary interest lies. Not limited to matters of spatial planning, but also in the context of general administrative law and food law. I also advise our clients concerning environmental and spatial planning permits and planning regulations.’
